Cancellation Policy

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS: ​Full payment must be made at least 48 hours before a reiki treatment, or breathwork journey commences, unless otherwise agreed. For Reiki trainings full payment must be made a week before the course date starts. Bookings are not confirmed unless you pay in full prior to the treatment, training or journey. As a small business, every cancellation has a significant financial and energetic impact. For this reason, refunds are not available. If you are unable to attend treatment or a journey please give a minimum of 48 hours notice and arrangements will be made to re-schedule your booking. If you need to reschedule, an alternative date will be given but if you're unable to attend the new date then you forfeit the treatment/journey altogether. It is also possible to pass your booking on to another person upon agreement. Sometimes, last-minute schedule changes, due to unforeseen events, may require that a treatment or journey be rescheduled or cancelled. If a treatment, training or journey is cancelled by KatieHart.JustBreathe, you will be notified immediately by email and/or WhatsApp and offered a rescheduled date or full refund. We do not accept any liability for out-of-pocket travel expenses that are incurred due to the cancellation or rescheduling of our events or treatments. Refunds for the cost of the session or journey will be made within 48 hours of cancellation, via the same method as the original payment was received. Bookings of blocks of 4 must all be claimed within 6 months of purchase.
