Have you been feeling lost within yourself? Perhaps you have a decision to make or a question you want to know the answer to. Maybe you need a reminder of who you are and what you are capable of doing.

​

A one-to-one session is designed to help relieve symptoms of anxiety, stress and overwhelm. By the end of the session, you’ll feel centred, blissful and happy. You will have increased self-worth, self-love and self-trust. You’ll learn to understand yourself and others whilst creating a deeper sense of self-forgiveness. You’ll connect with your gut instinct/intuition making it easier to make decisions. You’ll notice you sleep deeper the day or a few days after your journey. Most importantly you’ll feel reconnected with yourself and your body.

During a one-to-one session, you will physically be aiding your body as well as your mind. You will be relieving symptoms of chronic pain. You will be regulating your nervous system. This means you will be creating a higher tolerance to stress whilst your body learns how to enter into a rested state. You will be aiding digestion and easing symptoms of acid reflux and heartburn. You will be helping your body to balance its pH Levels. You will naturally learn how to breathe in a more regulated way.

 

Breathwork Journey 
​Before your journey, you’ll fill in a form answering questions about what areas of your life you feel you need help in the most. Katie will then create a theme for your one-to-one breathwork journey. At the beginning of your session, we'll talk about the theme in relation to your life. This talk will be guided either through the use of journal prompts or oracle cards. We'll then discuss the breathing techniques you'll be using, and what might happen during your breathwork journey. You'll enter into the breathwork journey for 25 minutes where you'll breathe rhythmically to music for 25 minutes. After the breathing, you have a choice between a 20-minute guided meditation or chakra balancing reiki treatment. At the end, you'll have an opportunity to discuss anything that came up for you during your journey.
